SureDonation 1.2.0: More ways to grow and share campaigns

Hey everyone 👋

This update makes SureDonation more flexible for fundraising teams using different builders, better for campaign sharing, and easier to connect with the tools they already use. It also includes a helpful onboarding fix so new campaigns are ready to use right away.

✨ What’s new

Automate donation activity with OttoKit

You can now trigger workflows when a donation is created, completed, or refunded. That means you can automatically send follow-ups, update records, or kick off internal tasks without doing it manually.

Help supporters share your campaigns

Supporters can now share campaigns using the new Campaign Social Sharing block. Shared campaign pages also include social preview meta tags, so links look cleaner and more trustworthy when posted on social platforms.

Build campaigns with Elementor and Bricks

If you use Elementor or Bricks, you can now add campaign and donation form widgets directly inside your page builder. This makes it easier to design fundraising pages without switching back and forth between tools.

Manage compliance settings from inside SureDonation

You now have built-in compliance settings to help handle important fundraising requirements more clearly from one place.

🔧 Fixes

New campaigns created during onboarding now go live properly

Campaigns created during onboarding are now published automatically, so the default donation form is generated right away and shows up in the Donation Form block.

That’s all for this update, see you in next releases.

A small maintenance update

Hey everyone 👋

The public WordPress.org changelog does not list new user-facing features or improvements for this version, so there is nothing new to configure after updating.
